• - If the booking is cancelled within 15 days from the date of Arrival/no show, no refund is claimable.
• - If the booking is cancelled within 15 days to 20 DAYS of arrival, a 25% refund is claimable, after deduction of GST charges.
• - If the booking is cancelled 20 days or more, prior to the date of arrival. Refund is claimable after charging 50% deduction of Taxes/Bank charges.
• - Last-minute BOOKINGS (within 72 hrs before check-in) are non-refundable, and no refunds shall be made once the confirmation voucher is issued.
• - Accommodation will be provided for booked dates only and no refund shall be entertained for unused nights or early checkouts Postponement of dates is tantamount to cancellation.
